(July 24, 2013)  Food preservation has made a comeback! Whether you have your own garden or enjoy produce from the market, canning can be an excellent way to preserve foods for year-round goodness. Learn how to safely and easily process foods using both water bath and pressure canning methods. Informational handouts and samples provided.
