Minerva Public Library Youth Services
You will find us on the spacious lower level of the library. Our materials for children include a wide selection of board books, picture books, easy readers, chapter books, and magazines as well as a large collection of non-fiction books. You may also borrow books on CD, music CDs, and movies.
Read 1000 Books Before Kindergarten
We promote reading readiness by offering the early childhood reading initiative Read 1000 Books Before Kindergarten as well as our weekly programs for young children and families. If you're a parent or caregiver, take a look at these services and resources we have available! We also work closely with school teachers to schedule class visits to the public library for their students and to provide themed book collections for their classroom use.
