(February 20, 2010) Ohio Income Tax forms have finally arrived! The library has received an ample supply of Ohio personal income tax return forms and instructions. Additional state tax forms and instructions are available online from the Ohio Department of Taxation. The library has a basic assortment of federal income tax forms, schedules, and instructions available for you to pick up as well. All federal tax forms, instructions, and publications are available online at the IRS website. However, be aware that not all forms may be filed from downloaded copies; certain forms must be requested from the IRS.
