Don your poodle skirt, slick back your hair, and practice your hand jive for the Saturday Singalong Movie Matinee at Minerva Public Library, Saturday, Jan. 23, 2 p.m., featuring the classic 1978 movie starring Olivia Newton John & John Travolta!
Music in Motion is this Friday, February 12 at 10:30am. Karla Dennis will provide stories, music and more. The event is for toddlers 16 to 36 months old and their parents or caregivers. Registration is recommended as we have a limited supply of preschool instruments.
(February 8, 2016) It's a survey! The library plans to show movies here on a regular basis. We have a good projector, a good screen, and the license to show movies from most of the major studios. Teen Anime Club is this Saturday, February 13 from 2pm-4pm. In honor of Valentine’s Day, teens will be making and decorating chocolates. For the remainder of the program, teens will watch and discuss a Miyazaki movie with fellow Otaku. The program is for teens 13 years and older. No registration is required.
